What are Biohackers Den's Shipping times?
Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation email. This signifies that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Our fulfillment process kicks off as soon as we receive your order. Typically, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary between 5-7 business days.
Order Shipment:
Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we'll email you tracking information to the address provided during checkout. Returns Policy
Therasage offers a 30 day return period from date of delivery. Simply call Biohackers Den and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.
Call Biohackers Den and we will initiate the returns process by issuing a return Authorization number
A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Therasage. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.

Therasage Natural Finishing Secrets Natural Oils (linseed or tung oil binders)
Therasage only uses the best natural oil finishes. We use a unique light heating process with a special formulation of linseed and tung oils derived from renewable resources—flax seeds and tung tree nuts, respectively. They are durable and can be compared to other finishes and few people are sensitive to this natural approach to sealing our hand selected Bamboo woods. Natural oils are hand rubbed into the wood surface and penetrate wood to protect it from within, offer moderate water resistance and are environmentally sound. They are the lowest in VOC, because they cure by absorbing oxygen and hardening rather than by evaporating solvents and simply leaving behind a binder. After many hours of testing and research we have come up with the best combination of finishes that allows a proper natural finish without any toxic side effects.
