Biohackers Den, 30-Day Return Policy stands as a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction. While we have full confidence in the quality of our products, we understand that circumstances may lead to a change of heart or expectations. Thus, we extend a 30-day window for returns on all of our items.
Should you opt to return a purchase within this period, simply cover the return shipping costs, and we'll guide you through the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that certain products may incur a restocking fee as outlined in the original manufacturer's warranty.

 

Newtowne Hyperbarics Return Policy

New products sold by Newtowne Hyperbarics (NTH) must be returned within the first 30 days of purchase for a refund. To qualify for a full refund please contact either Biohackers Den on 877-773-1743 or via email at support@biohackersden.com NTH within 30 days of receipt of goods to get a Return Authorization Number.
All items must be carefully packed, insured, and returned in original packaging. Customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and expenses incurred while shipping back to the warehouse. Refund will be reduced by fees incurred during sale including credit card fees and shipping costs included with sale.

 

Summit to Sea Return Policy

If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 30 days from delivery simply contact us and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.
A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Summit to Sea.

 

Therasage 30 Day Money Back Return Policy.

Contact Therasage via email returns@therasage.com within 30 days for a return authorization. Merchandise purchased from the Therasage website may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund, less shipping.

**Please note that unless otherwise instructed Therasage will use the original form of payment for refund.**

To receive your refund, please follow the instructions below:

  • Ship in Original Box
  • Include original receipt with date of purchase
  • Product must be received in "like new" condition
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
  • Ship with signature confirmation to address below

  • a 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns that do not meet the above specifications.
  • CODS will not be accepted. 

Please allow 14 days to process the refund (from the date the package is  received at Therasage)

If you have a Therasage product that was not purchased directly from our website and would like to RETURN please contact the original authorized distributor.

If there is a warranty issue in which you need a repair or replacement, please    email support@biohackerden.com and/or shipping@therasage.com for assistance.

It's important to note that returned items must reach our headquarters in pristine condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact. Any indication of wear will deem the items ineligible for a refund. We reserve the right to inspect all return products and may adjust the refund accordingly if the items are damaged, incomplete, or fail to meet the "like new" standard. Refusal or non-delivery of shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee along with return shipping costs.

Alien Oxygen Returns Policy.

Alien Oxygen returns policy is easy and straightforward. 
If for any reason* you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened item(s) within 30 days.
1. Products must be unopened in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
2. Any product that was used or opened is non-returnable.
3. Original shipping Fees are non-refundable.
4. All returns must be made via our Return Procedure by filling out an RMA form by contacting support@biohackersden.com or call 877-7731743 for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  #
5. If the return of an item was caused by an error on our part or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.

To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization .
The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your claim. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including warranty products) associated with any returns.

IMPORTANT 
All hyperbaric related product returns must be approved prior to returning the item(s). Please contact our customer service department, at support@biohackersden.com or call 877-773-1743 for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  #. No merchandise credit or refund whatsoever will be issued without an approved RMA number. Alien Oxygen will have the final decision of the returned product conditions and quality, and hence, the amount to be refunded as a result.

Defective Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department, at support@biohackersden.com or call 877-773-1743 as soon as possible to with speak with our customer service.  We will send a replacement item and provide a prepaid return label to return the defective item once we have received your request. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

Power Plate Returns Policy

In the unlikely event you would like to return your Power Plate®  or TVP, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.  30 days after delivery, no returns will be allowed. Power Plate does not accept used accessory returns at any time. Only unopened, unused boxes of accessories will be accepted under the current return policy agreement.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund, less initial shipping fees. With the return of any product, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Tyent Water Ionizers Return Policy

When you purchase a Tyent Water Ionizer from Biohackers Den, you can enjoy a full 75 days to experience the incredible benefits from the ionized alkaline water that Tyent ionizer machines produce. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, minus shipping and an industry-standard 15% restocking fee (calculated from the total purchase price).

Please note: The 75-day trial applies to first-time Tyent buyers that make a retail purchase in North America only (including the US, Canada, and Mexico), and does not apply to wholesale purchases or trade-in/upgrade purchases/promotions.

Echo Water Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with Echo! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. 

Please submit your return or exchange here.

  • If you purchased re:do at checkout for $4.98, your return shipping will be free
  • If you did not purchase re:do at checkout, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Instant Exchanges- If you opt for an instant exchange, your exchange order will be created immediately. Please note if your item is required to be returned back to us and you fail to do so before the label expires (after 28 days), you will be charged for the exchange.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned.

  • Water filters;
  • Gift Cards;
  • Items Marked "Sale Final" or "Closeout";
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Re:do is non-refundable

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, while we process refunds within 10 business days, your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

WHAT IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

If you run into an issue upon delivery (you never received your item, item arrived damaged/defective, or the wrong product was delivered), please let us know by filing a claim here so we can make it right!

  • Please keep in mind that claims need to be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your item
  • If your item says “delivered” and has not arrived, please wait 3 business days before filing a claim as we have seen packages show up within this timeframe.
  • Lost in transit packages are considered when there has not been tracking updates for more than 7 business days

Once submitted, we will review your claim and get back to you within 1 business day

Biohackers Den Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to our customer service team promptly via email at support@biohackersden.com or call (877) 773-1743 to prevent any potential cancellation feesIn the event that an order has already been processed and cannot be cancelled, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.  This fee covers non-refundable transaction charges imposed on us by our payment processor, Shopify. These charges, referred to as merchant fees, are deducted at the time of purchase and are not refundable. We want to be transparent about this process and ensure that our valued customers are aware of this policy.

Orders canceled before payment processing will be refunded in full. However, orders canceled after payment processing will incur a payment processing fee, deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, orders canceled after items have been shipped will entail return shipping costs and restocking fees. Please be aware that not all orders are eligible for cancellation 

For damaged or defective products, we are committed to facilitating exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.
At Biohackers Den, we strive to process and fulfill your orders promptly to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. Our commitment to efficient order processing may begin immediately upon receipt.
We understand that situations may arise where you wish to cancel an order, and we will do our best to assist you. Please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Please note that orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled. Our standard return and refund policies apply to those situations.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order

These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. 
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

 

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Biohackers Den's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.


Please Read the Following
When you are making a purchase from Biohackers Den, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Biohackers Den within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. 
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused.  An additional restocking fee may occur.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund*. 
  • *I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and potential restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 25%. 

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to info@biohackersden.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours. 

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Returns Costs

Biohackers Den default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

All of our products have guaranteed warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details. 

 Chargebacks

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.  Thank you for shopping with us!
