What are Biohackers Den's Shipping times?

The estimated delivery time frame for your order depends on its current status. Our products may be categorized as "Ships Out Next Business Day," "In Stock & Ready to Ship," "Exclusive Pre-Order," or may have an estimated ETA provided. If the expected shipping date differs from our normal processing times, it will be indicated on the product page. Furthermore, your order confirmation email will also specify the anticipated shipping timeframe.

Ships Out Next Business Day: This time frame can be expected to ship from our warehouse  within 24 hours of the following business day

In Stock & Ready to Ship: This time frame can be expected to ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. 

Exclusive Pre-Orders or Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) Dates: Pre-Orders signify that the item is presently unavailable in stock, but a specific quantity has been reserved from the Vendor, with an approximate shipping timeline.

The ETA provided on the product page denotes the projected timeframe for the item to commence its shipping journey from our warehouse. Following the initiation of the shipping process, orders typically require 3-5 business days to reach the customer.


Do we ship Internationally?

The majority of our products can be shipped internationally. For shipments outside the US that require a shipping estimate, please reach out to us, and we will generate a personalized quote for you. Kindly be aware that any additional import/export taxes or customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer (including Canada). Biohackers Den holds no liability for import/export taxes associated with international shipping, nor for any customs duties or other taxes incurred during international shipments. Certain products are subject to restrictions and may only be shipped within the USA.
