Why buy from Biohackers Den?

Do you charge sales tax?

Only customers residing in the state of North Dakota will be charged sales tax. Orders from outside North Dakota will not be charged sales tax.

  • PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay

 

When will my order ship?

While we strive to promptly ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt, certain circumstances may prevent us from doing so. The shipping and delivery times provided on product pages and during checkout are estimations derived from previous orders. Please note that all orders are contingent upon availability, and shipments may experience delays. Expedited shipping options may be offered for an extra charge. It's important to understand that shipping times are approximations and are not guaranteed by Biohackers Den.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via ground carriers (FedEx / UPS / DHL / USPS Priority) and usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. 

If you are placing an Economy (5-7 Business Days) or Standard (3-4 Business Days) order, please be advised that these orders will likely go out on the same business day if placed before 2:00 PM EST, otherwise they will be shipped on the next business day. 

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally, but we will need to create a custom quote with international shipping for you.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All of our products are guaranteed to come with the original manufacturer's warranty.


Do you accept returns?

Yes we do, for most products. Please view our Returns Policy,  for more information. You may also check out the product pages for specific details.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to our customer service team promptly via email or phone to prevent any potential cancellation fees. Orders canceled before payment processing will be refunded in full. However, orders canceled after payment processing will incur a payment processing fee, deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, orders canceled after items have been shipped may entail return shipping costs and restocking fees. Please be aware that not all orders are eligible for cancellation..

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@biohackersden.com and we will work with the manufacturer in rectifying the situation. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, the damage must be reported within 48 hours.
