Shipping + Delivery

It typically takes around 8-10 weeks from the time of ordering to receive your chamber. Here’s what to expect:

Production & Testing: Approximately 4 weeks, as each chamber is custom built to order.

Shipping Time: Another 4-6 weeks for transit.

Once your order ships, we will provide you with the Vessel information so you can track its movement across the ocean. After arrival in the U.S. and customs clearance, you’ll receive a tracking number for the truck shipment. When your order is on a truck, the delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a date and time for drop-off.

 

Delivery Options. We offer two convenient delivery methods for your order:

  • Standard Delivery (Free): The trucking company will deliver the crated chamber to your location. It will be your responsibility to offload the chamber, uncrate it, and move it into your facility. We provide Zoom/Facetime support if you need help with installation. 
  • White Glove Delivery: We handle everything for you from A to Z, including offloading, uncrating, moving the chamber into place, educating you on how to use it, and cleanup afterward..

 

 

Returns

Due to the handmade and built to order processes in which Macy Pan products are produced, there will be no returns or cancellations allowed on Macy Pan products.  Macy Pan Products are not returnable and all sales are final. We can arrange exchanges and or assign a technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and remedy defects after inspection of your chamber as covered under Macy Pan's warranty policy.

Warranty

One year warranty and lifetime maintenance. If any quality problem/fault in material/design under correct operation within one year, if easy to fix, we will send new components freely and guide you on how to repair them. If hard or complicated to fix, we will send a new chamber or machine to you directly and freely. In this way, we won't need you to send back the machines, just video and pictures will be ok for our analysis. (shipping cost not covered.)

Although there may be a slight pressure change in your ears when the pressure is increased or decreased, similar to the sensation felt while flying or diving, this feeling is mild and can be easily relieved by swallowing or yawning. After a few sessions, your ears will adjust and you will no longer experience any discomfort during hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Inside the pressurized chamber, you can engage in various activities such as reading, listening to music, watching a movie, or simply resting or sleeping.

Is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy good for children?

 The HP750 Hyperbaric Chamber features an oxygen generator that can continuously produce pure oxygen, eliminating the need to purchase oxygen. The compressor filters are the only components that need to be replaced every 6-12 months (depending on your usage frequency), making maintenance easy and inexpensive.
