What are Biohackers Den's Shipping times?
Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation email. This signifies that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Our fulfillment process kicks off as soon as we receive your order. Typically, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary between 5-7 business days.
Order Shipment:
Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we'll email you tracking information to the address provided during checkout. If, after six business days from your order, you haven't received tracking details, feel free to reach out to us at support@biohackersden.com. For more informarmation please read our Shipping Policy.
Warranty
Summit to Sea warrants all products and accessories against defect for two years from delivery date. The warranty covers parts and labor to repair the Summit to Sea system. Summit to Sea, at our option and sole discretion, will repair or replace the warranty item. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping to and from Summit to Sea is the customer's responsibility.
Summit to Sea has always and will continue to cover all components on our chambers — including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses... in other words, if it came from Summit to Sea we will stand behind our product.
Extended warranties are available for purchase anytime within the two-year warranty period. The extended warranties also cover all components on the chamber — including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses, etc.
Returns Policy
Summit to Sea is so confident in the quality and ergonomics of their products we offer an unconditional return policy. If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 30 days from delivery simply call Biohackers Den and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.
A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Summit to Sea. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.

- O2 Generator Not Included : Requires 10LPM @ 20 PSI oxygen generated. Option available here or provide your own.
- Warranty: Relax with peace of mind – 2-year warranty included with ability to add on additional 3 years of warranty
IMPORTANT: Before you order - All orders for hyperbaric chambers must include a doctors prescription according to the FDA as they are a class II medical device. How do I get one of these prescriptions you ask? Any doctor that can write prescriptions including your chiropractor, naturopath, functional medicine doctor, or contact our preferred HBOT Dr. here. Please email support@biohackersden.com and we will deduct prescription cost from chamber purchase.

Summit to Sea's flagship chamber, the Dive Hyperbaric Chamber, offers the ideal balance of dependability, comfort, and affordability. The Dive's large 90-inch length and 33-inch diameter provide you plenty of area to stretch out or unwind during your workouts, as well as to sit or lie down.
The Dive offers two revolutionary sound-suppression high-efficiency electric air pumps that make sure your treatment sessions take place in a calm and peaceful setting. In addition, it has an auxiliary valve, two viewing windows, four spherical foam bolsters, an external frame for unwavering stability, and two redundant compressors for enhanced safety.
Safety and convenience are seamlessly integrated into The Dive. This chamber, approved by the FDA, incorporates a double vent system, ensuring a secure pressure of 4.4 PSI or 1.3 ATA. Its double-sided full-length zippers facilitate effortless entry and exit, operable from both inside and outside the chamber. For portability, a carrying case is provided, ideal for transporting the chamber to various locations.
