What are Biohackers Den's Shipping times?
Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation email. This signifies that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Our fulfillment process kicks off as soon as we receive your order. Typically, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary between 5-7 business days.
Order Shipment:
Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we'll email you tracking information to the address provided during checkout. Warranty
At Newtowne Hyperbarics, each chamber we produce goes through rigorous inspection and testing before it is shipped to you. After production each chamber is cycled from 1/2 psi to 7 psi over 100 times to test for strength and integrity. Before your unit is shipped, it is tested again with all of the components installed . At that time we also test the zippers, gauge, and relief valves. You will find all of this information in your paper-work on a form titled “ Final Test and Evaluation”.
Newtowne Hyperbarics warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 Years from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters. The cost of shipping to and from the factory is the responsibility of the owner. Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraph.
USE OF UNAUTHORIZED SEALANTS/ADHESIVES/SOLVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY—this includes duct tape, super glue, any product w/ silicone, ure-thane adhesives, etc…
By installing or using the product, the user accepts all terms described herein.
Newtowne Returns Policy
Newtowne Hyperbarics is so confident in the quality and ergonomics of their products we offer an unconditional return policy. If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 30 days from delivery simply call Biohackers Den and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.
Simply call Biohackers Den and we will initiate the returns process by issuing a return Authorization number
A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Newtowne Hyperbarics. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.

IMPORTANT: Before you order - All orders for hyperbaric chambers must include a doctors prescription according to the FDA as they are a class II medical device. How do I get one of these prescriptions you ask? Any doctor that can write prescriptions including your chiropractor, naturopath, functional medicine doctor, or contact our preferred HBOT Dr. here. Please email support@biohackersden.com and we will deduct prescription cost from chamber purchase.

The Newtowne Hyperbarics C4-34 Hyperbaric Chamber is a versatile and comfortable solution for hyperbaric therapy at home. With a diameter of 34 inches and a length of 95 inches, it can accommodate one adult and one child comfortably. It is suitable for individuals up to 6' 3 tall and can be easily used at home or in a clinic.
A notable feature of the C4-34 chamber is its dual operability, allowing users to control their therapy sessions from both inside and outside the chamber. It comes with a complimentary Oxygen Kit, including a valve compatible with an oxygen concentrator, an oxygen hose, an adult mask, and an adult cannula. It also includes a 4-inch contoured mat with a cover for added comfort during the sessions.
The chamber has a white interior to minimize feelings of claustrophobia and is made of durable urethane-coated nylon walls. It has two larger viewing windows with exclusive window pressure covers for safety.
