Hydrogen Water: filtered water with no pH change and up to 1.88ppm of H2 gas dissolved with a negative ORP or -400mv to -600mv. This is the water we recommend for drinking.

Reverse Osmosis Water This is good for making hot drinks, filling large containers where you will add a drink mix for sporting events as well as many other uses.

What is the shelf life of hydrogen water?

Hydrogen water will last in an unopened Echo bottle for up to 10 hours. Hydrogen is the smallest element in the universe (so small that 4 billion atoms lined up in a row would fit on the head of a pin!), so you cannot keep it contained for very long.
