Returns Policy
We at Biohackers Den stand behind the functionality of every Drive DeVilbiss reconditioned oxygen concentrator we sell. While we do not offer refunds or returns on these items, we’re committed to ensuring your device works as intended. If you encounter any issues, we will promptly repair or exchange the unit.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, please note that both the $150 shipping fee and a $200 restocking fee are non-refundable. If your order was shipped outside the continental United States, you are responsible for the full cost of shipping.
Each refurbished concentrator has been restored to meet factory specifications by a certified technician. These are previously owned units and may show signs of wear, such as minor cracks, discoloration, or dents—none of which affect performance.
