What are Biohackers Den's Shipping times?

Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation email. This signifies that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Our fulfillment process kicks off as soon as we receive your order. Typically, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary between 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment:

Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we'll email you tracking information to the address provided during checkout. Oxygen Health Systems includes a 36-month full coverage warranty on select systems. Oxygen Health Systems warrants its high performance Chambers and all accessories against defect for 3 years from the date of purchase. We pride ourselves on painstaking accuracy and crafting of equipment with very highest quality raw materials.

The best practices result in extremely safe and durable equipment that stands the test of time, free of glues or off gassing requirements. Based on 7 years performance data we know with a high degree of certainty that if there are manufacturing defects they are most likely to occur within the first 36 months. If there is found to be any faulty materials and or workmanship on the equipment, we provide complete replacement of all affected components.

The warranty covers parts and labor to repair or replace the oxygen Health Systems chamber, its systems and includes the zippers, windows, seems, valves, hoses, compressor, oxygen generator, air cooling unit and accessories.

Oxygen Health Systems at its option and sole discretion will replace the warranty items. The warranty however does not cover damage because of misuse or unauthorized modification and shipping to and from the warehouse is the customer's responsibility.

Biohackers Den, 30-Day Return Policy stands as a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction. While we have full confidence in the quality of our products, we understand that circumstances may lead to a change of heart or expectations. Thus, we extend a 30-day window for returns on all of our items.
