Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation email. This signifies that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Our fulfillment process kicks off as soon as we receive your order. Typically, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary between 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment:

Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we'll email you tracking information to the address provided during checkout. Therasage offers a 30 day return period from date of delivery. Simply call Biohackers Den and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.

Call Biohackers Den and we will initiate the returns process by issuing a return Authorization number 

A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition.
