In the unlikely event you would like to return your Power Plate® or TVP, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. 30 days after delivery, no returns will be allowed. Power Plate does not accept used accessory returns at any time. Only unopened, unused boxes of accessories will be accepted under the current return policy agreement.
With the return of any product, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Powerplate will provide a full refund minus the original shipping fees. Shipping charges will vary depending on the product(s) being returned. Please reach out to customercare@powerplate.com for details.
There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all opened products and 5 percent restocking fee on all unopened products.
Refunds will be issued by Performance Health Systems, LLC in the same form as original payment within 30 days of our receipt of the returned machines. The reshipping and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund if applicable.
