What are Biohackers Den's Shipping times?
Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation email. This signifies that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Our fulfillment process kicks off as soon as we receive your order. Typically, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary between 5-7 business days.
Order Shipment:
Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we'll email you tracking information to the address provided during checkout. Warranty
This is the Tyent Lifetime Guarantee.
If a Tyent customer experiences any performance issues with any Tyent water ionizer systems, then Tyent will fix or replace the unit. We will action repairs or replacements within one week, in the majority of cases. Any damaged unit will be fixed or replaced with a comparable unit at no cost to the customer, (excluding shipping). The only eventuality not covered under our warranty is intentional or accidental breakage caused by dropping one of our units or damage arising from something of a similar nature. Feel free to use our units in any type of water, and to produce as much water as you wish. Our advanced cleaning system, filtration and power methods are the toughest and most advanced in the industry.
The terms above are in effect FOREVER on all of our units*. This is the Tyent Lifetime Guarantee.

Returns
Tyent USA is so confident in the quality and design of their products we offer an unconditional return policy. If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 75 days from delivery simply call Biohackers Den and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the water ionizing unit minus original shipping charges.
A full refund will be issued provided the ionizer is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Tyent USA. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.
