Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada may incur an additional fee, depending on the items ordered. With the exception of Canada, we do not currently ship to international locations.

 

We typically ship products within 1–2 business days from when you place your order. Every product on our site has an estimated lead time—the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Thank you for choosing to shop with Echo! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

Echo Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Warranty

This warranty is limited in scope and covers only the following defects:

  • This limited warranty is personal to you, the original owner, and cannot be transferred to any other person or entity. You will be responsible for all costs associated with handling and transportation related to the original equipment and/or any replacement equipment.
  • Any factory defects to the internal or external components of the device.
  • Any material physical flaw in the device manifesting in the exterior enclosure, including splits or cracks in the case, delamination of glued surfaces, and defective screens or displays that impact the device's performance and are not caused by improper use or handling of the equipment.
  • Echo Care is available at the time of purchase or within 30 days after buying your Flask. It provides one year of accidental damage protection, covering incidents that may fall outside the standard warranty. (Please see the warranty limitations & exclusions section of this warranty)

If you're adding Echo Care after your original purchase, please note that we may require proof that your device is in perfect working condition at the time of plan activation.

Hydrogen Water: filtered water with no pH change and up to 1.88ppm of H2 gas dissolved with a negative ORP or -400mv to -600mv. This is the water we recommend for drinking.

Filtered Only Water This is good for making hot drinks, filling large containers where you will add a drink mix for sporting events as well as many other uses.

What is the shelf life of hydrogen water?

Hydrogen water will last in an unopened Echo bottle for up to 10 hours. Hydrogen is the smallest element in the universe (so small that 4 billion atoms lined up in a row would fit on the head of a pin!), so you cannot keep it contained for very long.

How often should I drink hydrogen Water?
