Returns

Newtowne Hyperbarics is so confident in the quality and ergonomics of their products we offer an unconditional return policy. If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 15 days from delivery simply call Biohackers Den and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.

Simply call Biohackers Den and we will initiate the returns process by issuing a return Authorization number 

A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Newtowne Hyperbarics. 

Warranty

At Newtowne Hyperbarics, each chamber we produce goes through rigorous inspection and testing before it is shipped to you. After production each chamber is cycled from 1/2 psi to 7 psi over 100 times to test for strength and integrity. Before your unit is shipped, it is tested again with all of the components installed . At that time we also test the zippers, gauge, and relief valves. You will find all of this information in your paper-work on a form titled “ Final Test and Evaluation”.

Newtowne Hyperbarics warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 Years from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters. The cost of shipping to and from the factory is the responsibility of the owner. Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraph.
USE OF UNAUTHORIZED SEALANTS/ADHESIVES/SOLVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY—this includes duct tape, super glue, any product w/ silicone, ure-thane adhesives, etc…
