Shipping + Delivery

It typically takes around 8-10 weeks from the time of ordering to receive your chamber. Here’s what to expect:

Production & Testing: Approximately 4 weeks, as each chamber is custom built to order.

Shipping Time: Another 4-6 weeks for transit.

Once your order ships, we will provide you with the Vessel information so you can track its movement across the ocean. After arrival in the U.S. and customs clearance, you’ll receive a tracking number for the truck shipment. When your order is on a truck, the delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a date and time for drop-off.

 

Delivery Options. We offer two convenient delivery methods for your order:

  • Standard Delivery (Free): The trucking company will deliver the crated chamber to your location. It will be your responsibility to offload the chamber, uncrate it, and move it into your facility. We provide Zoom/Facetime support if you need help with installation. 
  • White Glove Delivery: We handle everything for you from A to Z, including offloading, uncrating, moving the chamber into place, educating you on how to use it, and cleanup afterward..

 

 

Returns

Due to the handmade and built to order processes in which OXYREVO products are produced, there will be no returns or cancellations allowed on OXYREVO products.  OxyRevo Products are not returnable and all sales are final. We can arrange exchanges and or assign a technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and remedy defects after inspection of your chamber as covered under OXYREVO's warranty policy.

Warranty

All machines and components come with a 2-year warranty and lifetime technical support at no cost. If any quality issues occur within the warranty period that can be easily repaired, You will receive a 2 year parts warranty on all chambers, standard 3 unit kit, and Pro All-In-One Kit

You may also upgrade to a 4 year warranty for $1300. This must be done at the time of order

The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping to and from Oxyrevo Warranty Center is the customer's responsibility.

 To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend contacting us to assess your space before placing an order, especially for basements or areas accessible by elevators. Using our White Glove Service is strongly advised for safe and hassle-free delivery and installation.

What’s the difference between standard delivery and White Glove Delivery?

With standard delivery, the trucking company delivers the crated chamber to your location, but you’ll need to unload, uncrate, and move it yourself. White Glove Delivery offers full-service support, including unloading, setup, and cleanup, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Can the Space60 accommodate larger individuals?

 The Space60 is designed to fit most individuals under 6’5" and 300 lbs comfortably.

Does the chamber include air conditioning?

The Space60 features a dehumidifier to reduce condensation and an electric fan for airflow. When placed in a room with proper air conditioning, the chamber’s internal temperature remains comfortable.

How do I sanitize the Space60 between sessions?

 The Space60 is equipped with an anion generator that sterilizes airborne bacteria during use, employing the same technology used in Japanese subways. For the oxygen headset, simply clean it with rubbing alcohol for proper hygiene.

Do I need a technician or doctor to install and operate the Space60 chamber? 

No, you don’t need. Oxyrevo Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers are designed for very easy installation and can be operated yourself either inside or outside the unit.

How is the maintenance for my Hyperbaric Chamber?

 The Oxyrevo Hyperbaric Chamber features an oxygen generator that can continuously produce pure oxygen, eliminating the need to purchase oxygen. The compressor filters are the only components that need to be replaced every 6-12 months (depending on your usage frequency), making maintenance easy and inexpensive.

What is the lead time for the Space60?

On average, it takes about 8-10 weeks to receive your chamber. This includes approximately 4 weeks for production and testing, followed by another 4-6 weeks for shipping. Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide Vessel tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
