Thank you for choosing to shop with Echo! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Warranty

This warranty is limited in scope and covers only the following defects:

  • This limited warranty is personal to you, the original owner, and cannot be transferred to any other person or entity. You will be responsible for all costs associated with handling and transportation related to the original equipment and/or any replacement equipment.
  • Any factory defects to the internal or external components of the device.
  • Any material physical flaw in the device manifesting in the exterior enclosure, including splits or cracks in the case, delamination of glued surfaces, and defective screens or displays that impact the device's performance and are not caused by improper use or handling of the equipment.
  • Echo Care is available at the time of purchase or within 30 days after buying your Flask. It provides one year of accidental damage protection, covering incidents that may fall outside the standard warranty. (Please see the warranty limitations & exclusions section of this warranty)

If you're adding Echo Care after your original purchase, please note that we may require proof that your device is in perfect working condition at the time of plan activation.

How do you drain the water in the Echo Refresh?

 

You will go to the back of the machine and take out the left plug to drain water out of it. Hold down the blue ring and slip the plug out

It is okay for the bottom of machine to get wet, but doesn’t get that area too wet at all

Is There A Replacement Cannula Available For The Echo Refresh?

Echo Water does not currently offer replacement cannulas for the Echo Refresh. However, you can easily purchase any standard replacement cannula with a water trap from online marketplaces or local retailers in your area.

How do you clean the Echo Refresh?

The water that is used inside is distilled water so there is not a likelihood of bacterial growth. 

Using the sodium hypochlorite solution made from The Echo Clean, pour the solution into the inside of the machine and this will kill germs and bacteria. You could also use 5% white vinegar to clean out the upper tank.

  • DO NOT run the machine with this solution in
  • Next drain the solution out.
    • Do this by going to the back of the machine, take out the left plug to drain the solution out of it. Do this by holding down the blue ring and slip the plug out
  • Rinse it out by pouring distilled water inside, then open the plug in the back, and then drain it out again.
