It typically takes around 5 weeks from the time of ordering to receive your chamber. Here’s what to expect:

Once your order ships, we will provide you with the Vessel information so you can track its movement across the ocean. After arrival in the U.S. and customs clearance, you’ll receive a tracking number for the truck shipment. When your order is on a truck, the delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a date and time for drop-off.

 

Delivery Options. We offer two convenient delivery methods for your order:

  • Standard Delivery (Free): The trucking company will deliver the crated chamber to your location. It will be your responsibility to offload the chamber, uncrate it, and move it into your facility. We provide Zoom/Facetime support if you need help with installation. 
  • White Glove Delivery: We handle everything for you from A to Z, including offloading, uncrating, moving the chamber into place, educating you on how to use it, and cleanup afterward..

 

 

Returns

Due to the handmade and built to order processes in which Olive Oxygen products are produced, there will be no returns or cancellations allowed on Olive Oxygen products.  Olive Oxygen Products are not returnable and all sales are final. We can arrange exchanges and or assign a technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and remedy defects after inspection of your chamber as covered under Olive Oxygen's warranty policy.

Warranty

All machines and components come with a 1-year warranty and lifetime technical support at no cost. If any quality issues occur within the warranty period that can be easily repaired, You will receive a 1 year parts warranty on all chambers, and 3-In-One Kit

 

The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping to and from Olive Oxygen Warranty Center is the customer's responsibility.

No, you don’t need a Dr. Oxy Air Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers are designed for very easy installation and can be operated yourself either inside or outside the unit.

How is the maintenance for my Hyperbaric Chamber?

 The Oxyrevo Hyperbaric Chamber features an oxygen generator that can continuously produce pure oxygen, eliminating the need to purchase oxygen. The compressor filters are the only components that need to be replaced every 6-12 months (depending on your usage frequency), making maintenance easy and inexpensive.
