What are Biohackers Den's Shipping times?
Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation email. This signifies that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Order Shipment:

Warranty
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is limited in scope and covers only the following defects:
Any factory defects to the internal or external components of the device.
Any material physical flaw in the device that manifests in the exterior enclosure. Including splits or cracks in the case. Delamination of glued surfaces. Broken or defective screens or displays. That impact the performance of the device and is not caused by improper use or handling of the equipment.
This limited warranty covers only the core equipment and does not cover any other accessories attached to the device including plumbing fixtures and fittings, tubing, filters, or other components and accessories.
Warranty Exceptions
This warranty does not cover filters or other parts that are designed to be replaced from time to time.
Your Remedies
If the equipment is deemed defective by Echo Technologies during the time you, as the original owner, continue to own the equipment. we will be responsible, in our sole discretion, for either repairing the equipment or providing new or refurbished replacement product or the equivalent credit amount (Warranty Credit) to you equal to a prorated percentage of your original purchase price (less any taxes, handling, transportation, or other fees). Any credit amounts given must be applied exclusively to the purchase of a new product from us, according to the following schedule:
During the first 2 years or original ownership by you, the warranty Credit shall be 100% of the original purchase price (less any taxes, handling, transportation, or other fees).
During year 3 of original ownership by you, the warranty credit shall be 75% and decrease 10% for each additional year through year 10.

While we have full confidence in the quality Echo Hydrogen products, we understand that circumstances may lead to a change of heart or expectations. Thus, we extend a 30-day window for returns on all of our items.
Should you opt to return a purchase within this period, simply cover the return shipping costs, and we'll guide you through the refund process.
