Order Shipment:

Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we'll email you tracking information to the address provided during checkout. Therasage provides a standard Two Year Full Manufacturer's Warranty and a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all of its products.

Returns Policy

Therasage offers a 30 day return period from date of delivery. Simply call Biohackers Den and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.

Call Biohackers Den and we will initiate the returns process by issuing a return Authorization number 

A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Therasage. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.
