What are Biohackers Den's Shipping times?
Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation email. This signifies that we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Our fulfillment process kicks off as soon as we receive your order. Typically, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary between 5-7 business days.
Order Shipment:
Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we'll email you tracking information to the address provided during checkout. If, after six business days from your order, you haven't received tracking details, feel free to reach out to us at support@biohackersden.com. For more informarmation please read our Shipping Policy.
Warranty
Summit to Sea warrants all products and accessories against defect for two years from delivery date. The warranty covers parts and labor to repair the Summit to Sea system. Summit to Sea, at our option and sole discretion, will repair or replace the warranty item. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping to and from Summit to Sea is the customer's responsibility.
Summit to Sea has always and will continue to cover all components on our chambers — including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses... in other words, if it came from Summit to Sea we will stand behind our product.
Extended warranties are available for purchase anytime within the two-year warranty period. The extended warranties also cover all components on the chamber — including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses, etc.
Returns Policy
Summit to Sea is so confident in the quality and ergonomics of their products we offer an unconditional return policy. If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 30 days from delivery simply call Biohackers Den and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.
A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Summit to Sea. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.

- O2 Generator Not Included : Requires 10LPM @ 20 PSI oxygen generated. Option available here or provide your own.
- Warranty: Relax with peace of mind – 2-year warranty included with ability to add on additional 3 years of warranty
IMPORTANT: Before you order - All orders for hyperbaric chambers must include a doctors prescription according to the FDA as they are a class II medical device. How do I get one of these prescriptions you ask? Any doctor that can write prescriptions including your chiropractor, naturopath, functional medicine doctor, and normal primary care physician. Please email support@biohackersden.com and/or call if you have additional concerns/questions and we will provide the guidance you need.

The Shallow Dive's 26-inch diameter and 84-inch length allow it to fit into a compact area while yet offering plenty of space for a relaxing treatment session. It's also simple to enter and exit the chamber on your own without assistance thanks to the double-sided full-length zippers.
The Shallow Dive's high-efficiency, sound-deadening electric air pumps are one of its main features; these same pumps are found in other high-end models like The Dive and The Grand Dive.
