Shipping + Delivery

It typically takes around 8-10 weeks from the time of ordering to receive your chamber. Here’s what to expect:

Production & Testing: Approximately 4 weeks, as each chamber is custom built to order.

Shipping Time: Another 4-6 weeks for transit.

Once your order ships, we will provide you with the Vessel information so you can track its movement across the ocean. After arrival in the U.S. and customs clearance, you’ll receive a tracking number for the truck shipment. When your order is on a truck, the delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a date and time for drop-off.

 

Delivery Options. We offer two convenient delivery methods for your order:

  • Standard Delivery (Free): The trucking company will deliver the crated chamber to your location. It will be your responsibility to offload the chamber, uncrate it, and move it into your facility. We provide Zoom/Facetime support if you need help with installation. 
  • White Glove Delivery: We handle everything for you from A to Z, including offloading, uncrating, moving the chamber into place, educating you on how to use it, and cleanup afterward.

 

 

Returns

Due to the handmade and built to order processes in which OXYREVO products are produced, there will be no returns or cancellations allowed on OXYREVO products.  OxyRevo Products are not returnable and all sales are final. We can arrange exchanges and or assign a technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and remedy defects after inspection of your chamber as covered under OXYREVO's warranty policy.

Warranty

All machines and components come with a 2-year warranty and lifetime technical support at no cost. If any quality issues occur within the warranty period that can be easily repaired, the customer will receive a 2 year parts warranty on all chambers, standard 3 unit kit, and Pro All-In-One Kit.

The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping to and from Oxyrevo's Warranty Center is the customer's responsibility.

What is the lead time for the Apex32 ?

On average, it takes about 8 weeks to receive your chamber. This includes approximately 4 weeks for production and testing, followed by another 4-6 weeks for shipping. Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide Vessel tracking information so you can monitor its progress. After clearing US customs, you’ll receive a tracking number for the truck delivery, and the delivery team will contact you to schedule the drop-off.

What’s the difference between standard delivery and White Glove Delivery?

Is there any side effect?  

Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is considered safe as there have been no reported dangerous side effects. This therapy employs filtered clean air instead of pure oxygen, thus eliminating the risk of oxygen toxicity or fire. Additionally, the pressure inside our Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers is carefully regulated to prevent pressure injuries. Our chambers are designed to be easily depressurized and opened from both the inside and outside, further ensuring user safety. It is normal to experience slight fatigue after the initial few sessions as the body is ridding itself of accumulated toxins. This is a natural and necessary process and poses no risk to the individual.

 Usually, a mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session lasts 60 to 90 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Take a break of one week after your first 40 dives (sessions), then continue your next 40 dives..

What will I feel for a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy treatment?

 Oxyrevo Hyperbaric Chambers provide a safe and peaceful environment for hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Although there may be a slight pressure change in your ears when the pressure is increased or decreased, similar to the sensation felt while flying or diving, this feeling is mild and can be easily relieved by swallowing or yawning. After a few sessions, your ears will adjust and you will no longer experience any discomfort during hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Inside the pressurized chamber, you can engage in various activities such as reading, listening to music, watching a movie, or simply resting or sleeping.
