Returns

Due to the handmade and built to order processes in which Macy Pan products are produced, there will be no returns or cancellations allowed on Macy Pan products.  Macy Pan Products are not returnable and all sales are final. We can arrange exchanges and or assign a technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and remedy defects after inspection of your chamber as covered under Macy Pan's warranty policy.

Warranty

All machines and components come with a 1-year warranty and lifetime technical support at no cost. If any quality issues occur within the warranty period that can be easily repaired, the customer will receive a 1 year parts warranty on all chambers, standard 3 unit kit, and Pro All-In-One Kit.

The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping to and from Macy Pan's Warranty Center is the customer's responsibility.
